Anthotype Workshop: Thursday 17 July 11.00 - 14.00

£50.00

Explore the magic of nature and create a rainbow of colourful prints from plants and sunshine.

In this workshop you will create colourful emulsions out of beetroot, spinach, red cabbage and turmeric. You will then coat these onto paper to make a selection of dyed colourful light sensitive papers. Finally you’ll make your photographs by arranging objects on the paper and exposing them directly from the sunlight. You can bring your own negatives and objects and forage for plants in the surrounding countryside.

This is a completely natural chemical free way of creating photographs and is suitable for all ages, stages and abilities.

All materials are provided and the workshop will last for 3 hours and you will make up to 8 prints to take home.

Up to four people per workshop. Free parking, wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Pet friendly!
